Drafting Network
Join the Durva Drafter Network — Consistent Work, Zero Client Hassle
If you're a skilled CAD drafter spending more time chasing clients, negotiating scope, and managing logistics than actually drafting — this network is built for you.
At Durva, we handle everything outside the drawing: client communication, project briefs, revision coordination, deadlines, and payments. You receive a clear brief, complete the work to standard, and get paid on time. That's the entire arrangement.
We're currently looking for specialists in architectural drafting, structural detailing, and as-built documentation for projects across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Why Join Durva's Drafter Network?
Our drafters don't manage clients. They draft. Here's what being part of the network looks like in practice:
Steady Project Flow
Consistent project assignments across architectural, structural, and conversion work — without pitching, prospecting, or waiting for referrals.
Client Management Handled
Every client interaction — briefs, feedback, revisions, and deadline communication — is managed by Binit. You receive a clean brief and a clear deadline. Nothing else to coordinate.
Quality-First Approach
Projects are matched to your discipline and expertise, not just your availability. You work on what you're good at, within a structured QA process that protects your output.
Flexible Work
Remote, freelance, on your schedule. Projects are assigned based on your stated availability — no forced commitments, no minimum volume requirements.
Prompt Payments
Payment is made via bank transfer upon project completion and client acceptance, typically within 5 business days. Terms are confirmed in writing before your first assignment — no ambiguity, no delays.
Join a network that values your talent and streamlines your workflow.
What We Look For
We maintain a small, curated network — not a large open marketplace. Every drafter is assessed before being assigned to client work. Here's what we look for:
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Experience
At least 2 years of professional CAD drafting experience (architectural, structural, or related fields).
Attention to Detail
Ability to produce accurate, clash-free drawings meeting client standards (e.g., IS, BS, ACI).
Reliability
Commitment to meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback efficiently.
Portfolio
A sample of your work (shared securely via view-only links or watermarked PDFs) to demonstrate your skills.
Not sure if your profile fits? Apply anyway and outline your specialisation — we'll let you know honestly within 48 hours.
